Abstract:
In order to promote drought-resistant cultivation of Hibiseu smanihot L.,15% PEG6000 was used to simulate drought stress,exogenous applied the donor of SNP of the different concentrations of nitric oxid,to study its effect on seed germination potential,germination rate,germination index and activity index,as well as antioxidant enzyme activity of mallow seedling leaves.The results showed that,SNP treatment could promote the seed germination under drought stress to different degrees,0.3 mmol·L
-1 SNP had the best effect;SNP treatment could improved the activity of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)in leaves of Hibiseu smanihot L.,0.3 and 0.5 mmol·L
-1 SNP had the best effect on improving the activity of antioxidant enzymes.
