外源NO调控干旱胁迫下金花葵种子萌发生理特征及抗氧化酶的研究

Studies on Physiological Characteristics and Antioxidant Enzymes of Heterologous NO in Controlling Seed Germination of Hibiseu smanihot L.Under Drought Stress

  • 摘要: 为促进金花葵抗旱栽培,采用15%PEG6000模拟干旱胁迫,外源施加不同浓度一氧化氮供体硝普钠(SNP),研究其对金花葵种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数及幼苗叶片抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:SNP处理可以不同程度地促进干旱胁迫下金花葵种子的萌发,0.3mmol·L-1 SNP浓度的效果最佳;SNP处理可以提高金花葵叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等抗氧化相关酶的活性,0.3和0.5mmol·L-1 SNP对于提高抗氧化酶活性效果最佳。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote drought-resistant cultivation of Hibiseu smanihot L.,15% PEG6000 was used to simulate drought stress,exogenous applied the donor of SNP of the different concentrations of nitric oxid,to study its effect on seed germination potential,germination rate,germination index and activity index,as well as antioxidant enzyme activity of mallow seedling leaves.The results showed that,SNP treatment could promote the seed germination under drought stress to different degrees,0.3 mmol·L-1 SNP had the best effect;SNP treatment could improved the activity of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)in leaves of Hibiseu smanihot L.,0.3 and 0.5 mmol·L-1 SNP had the best effect on improving the activity of antioxidant enzymes.
