草莓组培苗驯化技术研究

Study on Domestication Technology of Strawberry Tissue Culture Seedling

  • 摘要: 为促进草莓组培苗在生产中的应用,降低生产成本,本研究通过盆栽试验分析了草莓组培苗的生根方式、苗高度、根系长度、遮光率、空气湿度及环境温度对驯化成活率的影响。结果表明:将草莓组培苗在培养室培养至根长1~3cm时转移至驯化室继续进行培养,生长至株高8cm以上、根系长度4cm以上时进行草炭土的穴盘移栽,移栽后遮光率不高于40%,相对空气湿度不高于40%,环境温度21~28℃时,驯化成活率可达95%左右。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the application of strawberry tissue culture seedlings in production and reduce production cost,the rooting method,seedling height,root length,shading rate,air humidity and ambient temperature on influence of domestication survival rate were analyzed by pot experiment in this study.The results showed that when the root length grew to 1-3 cm in culture room,the strawberry tissue culture seedlings should transfer to the acclimation room for continuation culture.When the seedlings grew to seedling height above 8 cm,root length above 4 cm,they should transplant to the hole tray of turfy soil.After transplantation,when shading rate was not higher than 40%,air humidity was not higher than 40%,and ambient temperature was 21-28℃,the survival rate of domestication could reach about 95%.
