Abstract:
In order to promote the treatment of antibiotic pollution in water bodies, the effects of different concentrations sulfadiazine(0,0.1,1.0,10.0,100.0 and 1 000.0μg·L
-1)on leave chlorophyll content, superoxide, catalase and peroxidase of E.crassipes and accumulation in plant were studied under hydroponic condition in the study. The results showed that the chlorophyll content in the leaves increased under SDZ stress compared to the control, but there was no significant difference between the control treatment with time. With the increase of the concentration of SDZ,SOD activity in leaf significantly decreased, and activity of CAT and POD increased. It indicated that chlorophyll content of the leaf showed stress effect on SDZ in the early stage.Under antibiotic stress, the antioxidant enzyme activities of the leaves were different, and CAT and POD showed stronger activities. In addition, the concentration of SDZ(>10μg·L
-1)in the roots of hyacinth was higher than that in the leaves, and the root was the main absorption site.
