  • 摘要: 为提高软枣猕猴桃果粉的制备工艺,推动软枣猕猴桃产业整体发展,本文详细介绍了软枣猕猴桃速溶果粉干燥技术、配方的优化、物性与粉质特性,并提出今后软枣猕猴桃速溶果粉的研究方向与研究重点。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the preparation technology of Actinidia arguta fruit powder and promote the overall development of Actinidia argutaindustry,we introduced in detail the drying technology,formula optimization,physical properties and powder properties of Actinidia arguta fruit powder,and put forward the research direction and research focus of Actinidia argutafruit powder in the future.
