Abstract: In order to promote virus-free seeding of strawberry production and application,based on the climate of Heilongjiang Province features,this paper introduced strawberry virus-free seedling breeding technology,including material selection,preparation of tissue culture,tissue culture seedlings of cultivation and acclimation,original seedlings of breeding and management,the seedling classification,etc.These will solve the problem of specific degeneration caused by asexual reproduction in strawberry production.
