Abstract: In order to better promote the industrialization of high-quality cotton,guide the production of highquality cotton,ensure the consistency of cotton fiber from the cultivation and harvesting links, and improve the overall quality of cotton fiber.The high-quality cotton research group of Xinjiang Bayingol Mongolian Autonamous Prefecture Academy of Agricultural Sciences combined with the special requirements of high-quality cotton cultivation and harvesting,from the unified cultivation techniques to ensure the full development of cotton fiber,high-quality characteristics to give full play,from the harvest picking process to reduce the foreign fibers,to ensure fiber consistency,put forward the main technical indicators of high-quality fine cotton requirements,cultivation techniques,harvesting techniques,through comprehensive testing,demonstration and production applications.The cultivation techniques of high-quality fine cotton fiber quality and the harvesting techniques were summarized textile products in China and enhance the market competitiveness of textile industry through the large-scale application of high-quality cotton fiber quality technology.
