血凝素诱发内质网应激反应初探

Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress Induced by Hemagglutinin

  • 摘要: 为促进药物结构优化和改造,利用293T细胞进行转染及蛋白免疫印迹试验,研究病毒血凝素(HA)在内质网应激反应中的作用。结果表明,不同糖基化位点HA蛋白差异性表达明显,HA蛋白可诱发内质网应激反应,且不同的HA蛋白样中CHOP的表达量不同,从而引起内质网应激反应所导致的细胞凋亡也不同。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the optimization and transformation of drug structure,293T cells were used for transfection and Western blot to study the role of viral hemagglutinin(HA)in endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress response.The results showed that there were significant differences in the expression of HA proteins at different glycosylation sites.HA protein could induce ER stress response,and the expression of CHOP in different HA protein samples was different,which led to different apoptosis caused by ER stress response.
