荧光假单胞菌对东北山樱幼苗光合特性及生长的影响

Effects of Pseudomonas fluorescens on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Growth of Cerasus suchulanensas Kom.Seedlings

  • 摘要: 为探究荧光假单胞菌的作用机制,本文通过盆栽外源根际接种试验,利用便携式CIRAS-Ⅱ型光合测定系统测定4株荧光假单胞菌菌株接种对东北山樱幼苗叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度、饱和水汽压差以及生长指标的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,3-7-2处理能够显著提高净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度,分别提高19.1%、40.0%和48.3%,茎粗净生长量极显著高于对照121.7%,株高净生长量也显著高于对照。3-8-2处理较对照显著提高净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和饱和水汽压差,分别提高20.3%、40.0%、47.6%和4.7%,株高净生长量、茎粗净生长量、叶宽、叶片长度均极显著高于对照。由此可知,3-7-2和3-8-2两菌株促生效果较为显著。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the mechanism of Pseudomonas fluorescens,in this paper,the effects of four Pseudomonas fluorescens strains on net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,saturated water vapor pressure and growth index of Cerasus seedlings were studied by using portable CIRAS-Ⅱ photosynthetic system.The results showed that compared with the control,the 3-7-2 treatment significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate(19.1%),transpiration rate(40.0%),stomatal conductance(48.3%),and the net growth of stem diameter was extremely significant,it was 121.7% higher than the control,and the net growth of plant height was significantly higher than that of the control.Treatment 3-8-2 significantly increased net photosynthetic rate(20.3%),transpiration rate(40.0%),stomatal conductance(47.6%),saturated vapor pressure(4.7%),net growth of plant height,the net growth of stem diameter,leaf width and leaf length were significantly higher than those of the control.Therefore,the growth-promoting effects of strains 3-7-2 and 3-8-2 were more significant.
