Abstract: In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China′s Chenopodium quinoa industry and improve farmers′ income, based on the biological characteristics and nutritional value of Chenopodium quinoa,we discussed the advantages and broad prospects of Chenopodium quinoa in China, expounded the current development status of China′s Chenopodium quinoa industry, pointed out the existing problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures from four aspects.
