Abstract: In order to further improve the fruit quality of jujube in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,6-year-old close planting Ziziphus jujuba cv.Junzao tree was taken as the research object.In this paper,three special fertilizers were applied to the leaves and fruits of the fruit at different growth and development stages,including hypersensitive protein,spermidine,salicylic acid and DA-6.We also investigated the changes of morphological characteristics and internal physiological indexes of Ziziphus jujuba cv.Junzao fruit under different spraying conditions.In order to optimize the formula of jujube special foliar fertilizer for improving Ziziphus jujuba cv.Junzao quality,the subordinate function method was used to comprehensively evaluate the effect of jujube special foliar fertilizer on fruit quality of Junzao.The results showed that the single fruit weight and pulp weight of the mixed treatment of salicylic acid and DA-6 were increased by 27.69% and 28.50% respectively compared with the control,and the weight of fruit core was decreased,and the contents of endogenous hormones ZR,JA and GA3 were effectively increased.ZR and IAA were significantly negatively correlated with soluble sugar,reducing sugar,glucose,sucrose,starch and sugar acid ratio;soluble sugar content was significantly positively correlated with reducing sugar,glucose,sucrose content,starch and sugar acid ratio.Comprehensive evaluation by membership function method showed that spraying 0.25 mmol·L^-1 salicylic acid,0.1 mmol·L^-1 spermidine and 30 mg·L^-1 DA-6 could significantly increase the single fruit weight and flesh weight of Ziziphus jujuba cv.Junzao fruit.
