Abstract:
In order to study the main factors affecting the rooting of Cerasus campanulata×kanzakura ‘Kawazu-zakura’ cuttings, 9 kinds of substrates, 10 kinds of hormone concentrations and 3 kinds of cuttings from different parts were used, and different cutting time to C. campanulata × kanzakura ‘Kawazu-zakura’ cuttage propagation experiment. The results showed that the rooting rate and rooting quantity of cuttings were significantly affected by different matrix ratio. The order of influence was peat> perlite> coco bran, and the best matrix formula was perlite: peat: coconut bran 10∶4∶2; IBA could effectively increase the rooting rate of C. campanulata×kanzakura ‘Kawazu-zakura’ cuttings. With the increase of concentration, the rooting rate showed the trend of increasing first and then decreasing, the optimum concentration was 3 000 mg·L
-1, and the rooting rate of the middle part of the branch was better than the lower and upper parts under the same treatment conditions. The optimum time for cuttage propagation was in late June.
