有机肥与化肥配施对黑土区大豆产量及品质的影响

Effects of Combined Application of Organic Fertilizer and Chemical Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Soybean in Black Soil

  • 摘要: 有机肥料与无机肥料配合施用是我国发展现代农业、实现耕地保护与质量提升的重要技术。为提高黑土冷凉地区大豆产量及品质,采用不同有机肥与化肥配施处理,通过随机区组试验,研究了黑土区有机肥与化肥配施对大豆产量、品质及种植经济效益的影响。结果表明,20%有机肥与80%化肥配施效果最优,与不施肥处理相比,株高、主茎节数、根瘤数、单株鲜重、单株荚数、单株粒数、百粒重差异达到极显著或显著水平;其产量为2 429.90 kg·hm-2,与单一施用化肥处理相比,大豆株高、主茎节数、根瘤数、单株鲜重、单株荚数、单株粒数差异达到极显著水平,大豆百粒重差异达到显著水平;与不施肥处理相比,产量提高34.5%,与单一施用化肥处理相比,产量提高10.4%。有机肥与化肥配施能提高粗蛋白的含量,但对脂肪含量的影响较小。单一施用化肥成本最低,为544.6元·hm-2,其次为20%有机肥与80%化肥混合配施,为651.7元·hm-2;去除肥料成本后,20%有机肥与80%化肥混合配施经济效益最高,达到13 927.7元·hm-2,较单一施用化肥增加大豆种植效益1 268.1元·hm-2

     

    Abstract: The combined application of organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer is an important technology for developing modern agriculture and realizing farmland protection and quality improvement in China. In order to improve the yield and quality of soybean in the cold black soil area, the effects of different organic fertilizers and chemical fertilizers on the yield, quality and planting economic benefits of soybean in the black soil area were studied through a randomized block experiment. The results showed that the combination of 20% organic fertilizer and 80% chemical fertilizer had the best effect. Compared with the non-fertilization treatment, the difference of plant height, number of main stem nodes, number of root nodules, fresh weight per plant, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, and weight of 100 seeds per plant reached extremely significant or significant level; Compared with the single fertilizer treatment, the difference of plant height, node number of main stem, nodule number, fresh weight per plant, pod number per plant and grain number per plant of soybean reached a very significant level, and the difference of 100-seed weight of soybean reached a significant level; Compared with the treatment without fertilizer, the yield increased by 34.5%, compared with the treatment with single fertilizer, the yield increased by 10.4%, reaching 2 429.9 kg·ha-1. Combined application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer can increased the content of crude protein, but had little effect on the content of fat. The cost of single application of chemical fertilizer was the lowest, 544.6 yuan·ha-1, followed by the combination of 20% organic fertilizer and 80% chemical fertilizer, 651.7 yuan·ha-1; After the cost of fertilizer was removed, the economic benefit of the mixed application of 20% organic fertilizer and 80% chemical fertilizer was the highest, reaching 13 927.7 yuan·ha-1, which increased the soybean planting benefit by 1 268.1 yuan·ha-1 compared with the single application of chemical fertilizer.
