Abstract:
In order to promote the development and utilization of polysaccharide from fig leaves, ultrasonic extraction technology was used to extract polysaccharides from fig leaves by boiling water, and the response surface analysis method was used to optimize the extraction process. The results showed that the best extraction conditions were ultrasonic power 183 W,material-liquid ratio 1∶30(g∶mL),extraction time 2.6 h.Under these conditions, the yield of leaf polysaccharide was 2.81%.The yield was 1.18-fold higher than the traditional hot water extraction method.
