不同施磷量与AM真菌对白浆土土壤团聚体及土壤养分的影响
Effects of Different Phosphorus Application Rates and AM Fungi on Soil Aggregates and Soil Nutrients in Albic Soil

摘要: 为促进AM真菌在白浆土改良上的应用,采用盆栽试验,以玉米为宿主植物,设置3个施磷水平(P2O5),0,200和400mg·kg-1,同时设置接种AM真菌和未接种处理,共6个处理,分析各处理对白浆菌土壤团聚体和养分情况及玉米生长的影响。结果表明:AM真菌可增加白浆土0~10cm土层土壤水稳性大团聚体含量,提高土壤水稳性团聚体平均重量直径(MWD)。同一施磷水平下,AM真菌促进土壤中有效磷含量增加;AM真菌侵染率随磷施用量增加而下降;同一施磷水平,AM真菌可促进玉米生长,P0+AM真菌处理较P0处理显著提高了玉米生物量,说明AM真菌能有效促进玉米生长;AM真菌可改善白浆土土壤团聚体结构,提高土壤中养分含量,改善玉米营养状况,促进玉米生长。Abstract: In order to promote the application of AM fungi in albic soil improvement,this investigation was carried out to evaluate the response of inoculation with AM fungi and different P levels to soil and growth of maize in pot-experiment albic soil of Heilongjiang Province.There were three P applied levels 0,200 and 400 mg·kg-1 in total,which included inoculation AM fungi and non-inoculation.Six treatments were maintained with three replications for the experiment.The results showed that AM fungi increased the content of large water-stable aggregates in 0-10 cm soil layer of albic soil,and improved MWD.AM fungi improved available P concentration of albic soil under the same P level.P supplement levels had significant influence on AM fungi infection rate,and at P0 level,had the highest infection rate.The inoculation of AM fungi was able to promote the growth of maize,and the shoot biomass and root biomass of maize was significantly increased in the treatment of P0+AM.This study showed that AM fungi can promote the growth of maize at lower P level.The inoculation of AM fungi was able to improvement aggregate structure of albic soil,increase nitrogen and P of albic,and promote the growth of maize.
