Abstract: Lodging is a common problem in rice production and has become the main factor restricting the further development of rice production,and it will lead to yield loss and rice quality decline.Analyze and summarize relevant literature at home and abroad to understand the current research status of rice lodging.The results showed that genetic characteristics,plant morphology,natural conditions and cultivation conditions cause lodging of rice.Rice lodging can directly lead to changes in yield and quality,reducing yield and significantly affecting rice quality,thereby affecting the rice industry.It is proposed to comprehensively deal with the lodging problem of rice by combining planting good fields,methods and opportunities.
