生猪养殖环境智能监控系统设计

Design of intelligent monitoring system for the environment of pig farming

  • 摘要: 生猪养殖环境是影响生猪健康生长的重要因素,而传统生猪养殖模式的环境监控仍然以人工监控为主,不但费时费力,效率低,而且全凭个人经验判断致使生猪发病率高、出栏率低。笔者针对生猪养殖环境监控不足等问题设计出一套生猪养殖环境智能监控系统,可在上位机及手机APP上对猪舍温度、湿度、有害气体浓度、舍外光照强度等环境因素进行实时监测和智能控制,并且将自适应模糊PID算法应用于控制系统中。实测数据表明:该生猪养殖环境智能监控系统可有效将猪舍温度偏差控制在1.2℃以内,相对湿度偏差控制在5%以内,二氧化碳浓度偏差控制在150 mg/m3以内,氨气浓度偏差控制在1.3 mg/m3以内。说明该生猪养殖环境智能监控系统可在猪场中应用。

     

    Abstract: The environment of pig farming is an important factor affecting the healthy growth of pigs. However, the traditional pig farming industry is still mainly based on manual monitoring, which is not only time-consuming, laborious and inefficient, but also based on personal experience, resulting in high morbidity rate and low slaughter rate. The author designed an intelligent monitoring system for pig farming environment, aiming at the problems such as inadequate monitoring of pig breeding environment. This system can carry out real-time monitoring and intelligent control of environmental factors such as the temperature, humidity, harmful gas concentration, and light intensity outside the piggery on the upper computer and mobile phone APP. Moreover, adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm is applied to the control system. The actual experimental data showed that the intelligent monitoring system can effectively control the temperature deviation of the pig house within 1.2 ℃,the relative humidity deviation within 5%,the carbon dioxide concentration deviation within 150 mg/m~3, and the ammonia concentration deviation within 1.3 mg/m~3. The results indicated that the intelligent monitoring system of pig breeding environment can be applied in pig farms.
