Abstract:
The environment of pig farming is an important factor affecting the healthy growth of pigs. However, the traditional pig farming industry is still mainly based on manual monitoring, which is not only time-consuming, laborious and inefficient, but also based on personal experience, resulting in high morbidity rate and low slaughter rate. The author designed an intelligent monitoring system for pig farming environment, aiming at the problems such as inadequate monitoring of pig breeding environment. This system can carry out real-time monitoring and intelligent control of environmental factors such as the temperature, humidity, harmful gas concentration, and light intensity outside the piggery on the upper computer and mobile phone APP. Moreover, adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm is applied to the control system. The actual experimental data showed that the intelligent monitoring system can effectively control the temperature deviation of the pig house within 1.2 ℃,the relative humidity deviation within 5%,the carbon dioxide concentration deviation within 150 mg/m~3, and the ammonia concentration deviation within 1.3 mg/m~3. The results indicated that the intelligent monitoring system of pig breeding environment can be applied in pig farms.
