张家口市5个蛋鸡育雏户鸡传染性喉气管炎弱毒疫苗免疫不良反应调查及分析

Investigation and analysis of the immune adverse effects of avian infectious laryngotracheitis attenuated vaccine in five layer brood households brooders in Zhangjiakou City

  • 摘要: 为了了解鸡传染性喉气管炎弱毒疫苗免疫不良反应的特点,试验对河北省张家口市5个蛋鸡育雏户雏鸡在免疫鸡传染性喉气管炎弱毒疫苗后的不良反应变化规律、临床表现和病理变化进行总结,并分析原因,提出防控方案。结果表明:鸡群一般于免疫后第2天出现轻微的免疫不良反应,免疫后第3,4天不良反应加重,免疫后第5,6天逐渐好转;夜间听诊呼吸系统疾病发生比例为0.03%~0.19%,免疫后1~7 d的鸡群采食量比免疫前1天下降11.6%~21.1%,体重均匀度下降;剖检可见喉头、气管、支气管出现炎性反应,黏膜表面覆盖有黏液,气管内出现血凝块等。说明鸡传染性喉气管炎弱毒疫苗的免疫不良反应主要表现于呼吸系统和眼部,在做好疫苗使用、免疫过程合理化的前提下,辅助性做好免疫前、免疫过程中和免疫后的舍内通风管理,可有效降低免疫不良反应的发生率。

     

    Abstract: In order to understand the characteristics of the immune adverse effects of avian infectious laryngotracheitis attenuated vaccine, the experiment summarized the change rules of adverse effects, clinical manifestations and pathological changes of the chicks from five layer brood households in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province after being immunized with the infectious laryngotracheitis attenuated vaccine; the reasons were analyzed, and a prevention and control plan was put forward. The results showed that chicken flocks generally had mild immune adverse effects on the second day after immunization, and the reaction worsened on the 3 rd and 4 th day after immunization, and gradually got better on the 5 th and 6 th day after immunization. The clinical symptoms were 0.03%-0.19% of respiratory diseases during night auscultation; the feed intake of chickens 1-7 days after immunization decreased by 11.6%-21.1% compared with 1 d before immunization, and the uniformity of body weight decreased. Necropsy revealed inflammatory reactions in the larynx, trachea, and bronchi; the mucous membrane surface was covered with mucus, and blood clots appeared in the trachea. The results suggested that the immune adverse effects of infectious laryngotracheitis attenuated vaccine were mainly manifested in the respiratory system and eyes. Under the premise of achieving vaccine use and rationalization of the immunization process, auxiliary ventilation management in the house before, during and after immunization could effectively reduce the incidence of immune adverse effects.
