攻胎日粮中添加补肾中药和25-羟基胆骨化醇对高胎龄母猪生产性能的影响

Effects of in tapping fetal sow diet added tonifying kidney herbs and 25(OH)D3 on the production performance of high gestational age sows

  • 摘要: 为了探讨高胎龄母猪妊娠后期饲喂补肾中药和25-羟基胆骨化醇25(OH)D3对母猪生产性能的影响,试验将60头第7胎次健康新美系长白母猪随机分成对照组、低钙低磷组、中药组、中药低钙低磷组、25(OH)D3组和25(OH)D3低钙低磷组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头猪,对照组饲喂基础日粮(钙∶磷=0.75∶0.59),低钙低磷组饲喂低钙低磷基础日粮(钙∶磷=0.65∶0.51),中药组在基础日粮中添加补肾中药(添加量为2.5 kg/t),中药低钙低磷组在低钙低磷基础日粮中添加补肾中药(添加量为2.5 kg/t),25(OH)D3组在基础日粮中添加25(OH)D3(添加量为50μg/kg),25(OH)D3低钙低磷组在低钙低磷组基础日粮中添加25(OH)D3(添加量为50μg/kg)。母猪从妊娠第85天开始分别饲喂上述试验日粮至妊娠第114天,共30 d。试验结束后测定母猪窝产仔数、窝产活仔数、死胎数、木乃伊胎数、弱仔数、活仔初生均重;测定仔猪第0,7,14,21日龄体重并计算0~7 d、8~14 d、15~21 d日增重;测定断奶窝重并计算初生仔猪的心脏、肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、股骨、胫骨以及肋骨的器官指数。结果表明:添加补肾中药和25(OH)3均对高胎龄母猪窝产仔数、窝产活仔数、死胎数、木乃伊胎数以及活仔初生均重均无显著影响(P>0.05);与低钙低磷组相比,25(OH)D3低钙低磷组仔猪15~21 d日增重显著提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,25(OH)D3组仔猪断奶窝重显著提高(P<0.05);与低钙低磷组相比,日粮中添加补肾中药可以显著降低肋骨指数(P<0.05);与对照组相比,25(OH)D3组仔猪胫骨和肋骨指数显著提高(P<0.05)。说明在攻胎日粮中添加补肾中药和25(OH)D3对提高高胎龄母猪生产性能有一定的作用。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of tonifying kidney herbs and 25(OH)D3 on the production performance of high gestational age sows at late gestation, sixty healthy Xinmeiline Landrace sows of the 7 th gestational age were randomly divided into control group, low calcium and low phosphorus group, Chinese medicine group, Chinese medicine with low calcium and low phosphorus group, 25(OH)D3 group and 25(OH)D3 with low calcium and low phosphorus group, with 10 replicates per group and one pig each replicate. The animals in the control group were fed tapping fetal sow diet(Ca∶P=0.75∶0.59), the animals in the low calcium and low phosphorus group were fed tapping fetal sow diet with the low calcium and low phosphorus(Ca∶P=0.65∶0.51), the animals in the Chinese medicine group were fed tapping fetal sow diet with tonifying kidney herbs(the addition level of 2.5 kg/t), the animals in the Chinese medicine with low calcium and low phosphorus group were fed the low calcium and low phosphorus tapping fetal sow diet supplemented with tonifying kidney herbs(the addition level of 2.5 kg/t), the animals in the 25(OH)D3 group were fed tapping fetal sow diet supplemented with 25(OH)D3(the addition level of 50 μg/kg), and the animals in the 25(OH)D3 with low calcium and low phosphorus group were fed tapping fetal sow diet with low calcium and low phosphorus basal diet supplemented with 25(OH)D3(the addition level of 50 μg/kg). The sows were fed the above experimental diets from 85 days of pregnancy to 114 days of gestation, the experiment lasted for 30 days. At the end of the experiment, the total number of piglets, the number of live and dead piglets, the number of mummified and weak piglets, the average weight of live piglets of sows, and the daily weight gain of piglets at 0, 7, 14, 21 d were measured. The body weight of piglets at 0, 7, 14, 21 d was used to calculate the daily weight gain of 0-7 d, 8-14 d and 15-21 d, and the weaning nest weight and the organ indexes of heart, liver, kidney, spleen, femur, tibia and ribs of weanling pig were measured. The results showed that there was no significant effect on the total number of piglets, the number of live and dead piglets, the number of mummified piglets, the average weight of live piglets of high gestational age sows by adding tonifying kidney herbs and 25(OH) D3(P>0.05). The daily gain of piglets from 15 to 21 days in the low calcium and low phosphorus group supplemented with 25(OH)D3 was significantly increased compared with the low calcium and low phosphorus group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the weaning nest weight of piglets of 25(OH)D3 group were significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with the low calcium and low phosphorus group, the rib organ index of groups adding the tonifying kidney herbs to the diet was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the indexes of tibia and ribs organ index in the 25(OH)D3 group were significantly increased(P<0.05). The results showed that the addition of tonifying kidney herbs and 25(OH)D3 in tapping fetal sow diet could improve the production performance of high gestational age sows.
