外源蛋白表达系统及其应用的研究进展

Progress in research on foreign protein expression system and its application

  • 摘要: 外源蛋白表达技术可用于如蛋白质间相互作用分析、基因调控分析、蛋白质结构及功能分析等多种下游应用。在考虑重组蛋白功能性、可溶性、生产速度及得率等因素下,正确选择蛋白表达系统和调控元件对试验能否成功具有重要意义。文章综述了常用的原核表达系统和真核表达系统及其优化和应用,以期为科研人员的研究和生产提供一定的技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Foreign protein expression technology can be used in a variety of downstream applications, such as protein-protein interaction analysis, gene regulation analysis, protein structure and function analysis, etc. Considering the functionality, solubility, speed and yield of recombinant proteins, the correct choice of protein expression system is of great significance for the success of the experiment. This paper briefly introduced the common prokaryotic expression system, eukaryotic expression system, and their optimization and application in order to provide some technical support for the research and production of researchers.
