畜禽粪便重金属堆肥、发酵和热解技术研究进展

摘要: 随着养殖业的发展,畜禽粪便处理问题,尤其是饲料添加剂的使用导致粪便重金属超标现象比较突出。重金属超标粪便长期还田利用后会导致农产品产地污染,因此畜禽粪便需进行适当处理。堆肥处理技术主要以畜禽粪便与钝化材料联合修复为主,通过与铁、生物炭等材料的结合及吸附作用降低重金属的生物利用度;厌氧发酵处理技术主要用于控制重金属形态变化,需关注如何找到相关功能微生物和重金属的回收;热解处理技术是在高温作用下形成生物炭以对多种重金属发挥显著吸附固定作用,500℃以上能显著降低畜禽粪便中重金属的活性。文章综述了近年来畜禽饲料与粪便重金属超标现状;好氧堆肥处理、厌氧发酵过程中的重金属钝化固定技术以及热解处理技术在畜禽粪便重金属处理方面的研究进展,展望了畜禽粪便重金属无害化处理新技术与处理设备研发、技术推广等,以期为畜禽粪便无害化处理提供科学基础。Abstract: With the development of breeding industry, the problem of livestock and poultry manure disposal comes out. Among them, the phenomenon of excessive heavy metals in manure caused by the use of feed additives is particularly prominent, and long-term return to the field will lead to pollution in the production area of agricultural products, so livestock and poultry manure needs to be properly treated. The compost treatment technology mainly adopts the combined repair of livestock manure and passivation materials, and reduces the bioavailability of heavy metals through the combination and adsorption of iron, biochar and other materials. Anaerobic fermentation treatment technology is mainly used to control the morphological changes of heavy metals. to pay attention to how to find the relevant functional microorganisms and the recovery of heavy metals. Pyrolysis treatment technology is to form biomass charcoal under the action of high temperature to play a significant adsorption and fixation effect on a variety of heavy metals, above 500 ℃ can significantly reduce the activity of heavy metals in livestock and poultry manure. This article reviewed the current status of heavy metals in livestock and poultry feed and manure in recent years. and the research progress of heavy metal passivation and fixation technology in aerobic composting and anaerobic fermentation in heavy metal treatment of livestock and poultry manure. This paper prospected the research and development of new technology and treatment equipment for the harmless treatment of heavy metals in livestock and poultry manure, in order to provide the scientific basis for the harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure.
