白嗉黑鸭白壳系与青壳系蛋品质的比较分析

Comparison analysis of egg quality between white-shell line and green-shell line in black duck with white chest

  • 摘要: 为了比较白嗉黑鸭(black duck with white chest, BDWC)白壳系和青壳系间蛋品质差异并分析各项指标间的相关性,试验于2019—2020年每年4月上旬随机选取白壳系和青壳系300日龄白嗉黑鸭鸭蛋各50枚,测定10项蛋品质指标,比较两个品系间的差异,并分析各项指标间的相关性。结果表明:2019年白壳系鸭蛋的蛋白高度显著低于青壳系(P<0.05);2020年白壳系鸭蛋的蛋形指数显著高于青壳系(P<0.05)。在2个时间点,白壳系和青壳系均表现为蛋重与蛋黄重、蛋壳厚度与蛋壳强度、蛋白高度与哈氏单位呈正相关,均达到显著或极显著水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明白嗉黑鸭白壳系和青壳系间蛋品质差异较小,可通过蛋重对蛋黄重进行选育。

     

    Abstract: In order to compare the differences in egg quality between white-shell line and green-shell line in black duck with white chest(BDWC), 50 eggs from white-shell line and green-shell line of 300-day-old BDWC were randomly selected for the determination of 10 egg quality indexes in early April of 2019 and 2010. Then these indexes were compared between the two lines and the correlation between the indexes was analyzed. The results showed that albumen height of white-shell line was significantly lower than that of green-shell line in 2019(P<0.05); egg shape index of white-shell line was significantly higher than that of green-shell line in 2020(P<0.05). At the two time points, there were positive correlations between egg weight and yolk weight, shell thickness and shell strength, and albumen height and Haugh unit, and all reached significant or extremely significant levels(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The results indicated that there was little difference in egg quality between white-shell line and green-shell line, so yolk weight could be selected by egg weight in BDWC.
