微藻对柴达木福牛生长性能的影响

Effects of microalgae on growth performance of Qaidamford cattle

  • 摘要: 为了研究微藻对柴达木福牛生长性能的影响,试验将24头2~3岁的350 kg左右的健康雄性柴达木福牛分为对照组和微藻组,每组12头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,微藻组每天在基础日粮中加入200 g/头的微藻,试验期为60 d。试验期间记录试验牛只日均采食量及计算试验牛只在试验期的总日均采食量;测定试验牛只试验前后体重、体尺指标变化及血清中三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)和生长激素(GH)的变化;试验结束后,屠宰并分离试验牛只器官和组织,计算屠宰率。结果表明:随着饲喂天数的增加,对照组和微藻组柴达木福牛日均采食量均呈上升趋势,微藻组上升趋势较对照组更明显;与对照组比,微藻组柴达木福牛总日均采食量无显著变化(P>0.05),体重、体高和屠宰率显著增加(P<0.05),管围极显著增加(P<0.01),血清中生长相关激素T3、T4和GH含量极均显著增加(P<0.01)。说明日粮中添加微藻可使柴达木福牛生长相关激素水平升高,从而加快其生长发育,促进其生长性能提升。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the effect of microalgae on the growth performance in Qaidamford cattle, 24 healthy male Qaidamford cattle aged 2-3 years old weighing about 350 kg were divided into control and microalgae group, 12 heads in each group. The control group were fed with the basic diet, and the microalgae group were fed with the basic diet adding 200 g/head microalgae every day for 60 days. During the experiment, the changes of average daily feed intake were recorded and the total average daily feed intake was calculated; the changes of body weight, body size and serum triiodothyronine(T3), thyroxine(T4) and growth hormone(GH) levels were detected before and after feeding. The animals were slaughtered after experiment, and the organs and tissues were separated to calculate the dressing percentage. The results showed that, with the increasing of feeding days, the average daily feed intake in both two groups showed an upward trend, while the upward trend of microalgae group was more obvious than that of the control group. Compared with control group, total average daily feed intake of microalgae group had no significant difference(P>0.05); the body weight, body height and the dressing percentage significantly increased(P<0.05); circumference of cannot bone increased extremely significantly(P<0.01); and the expression levels of growth related hormones T3, T4 and GH were significantly increased in microalgae group(P<0.01). It indicated that microalgae could increased the growth related hormones levels, accelerated the growth and development of Qaidamford cattle, and promote the related growth performance in Qaidamford cattle.
