一例发育性骨病致犬四肢跛行的关节镜治疗
Arthroscopic treatment of a case of canine limb claudication caused by developmental bone disease

摘要: 1只8月龄拉布拉多犬因四肢交替跛行就诊,采用体格检查、X射线、CT及关节镜进行诊断,最终确诊为双侧肘关节内侧冠状突碎裂,双侧膝关节剥离性骨软骨炎。利用关节镜取出双侧肘关节的游离骨碎片,移除双侧膝关节内病变的软骨瓣,并对病变区域施行磨削成形术,术后配合康复治疗,患犬四肢跛行症状明显缓解,站立均衡负重,偶尔在小跑或行走时有跛行。Abstract: An eight month-old Labrador retriever presented to hospital with shifting leg lameness. Diagnosed by physical examination, X-ray, CT and arthroscopy, and the final diagnosis was fragmentation medial coronoid process of the elbow joints on both sides and osteochondritis dissecans of the knee joints on both sides. Arthroscopy was used to remove free bone fragments from both elbow joints and remove the cartilage flaps from the lesions in the knee joints on both sides; and abrasion arthroplasty was performed on the diseased area. Cooperating with rehabilitation treatment after the operation, the symptoms of claudication of the affected dog’s limbs were significantly relieved, standing with a balanced weight, and occasionally limped when trotting or walking.
