Abstract: In recent years, the agricultural and livestock industry in Jiangxi Province develops rapidly, and the demand for cold chain logistics has become more stringent. With the advantages of integrated technology, flexible access, bearing advantages and low cost, cloud technology effectively empowers the innovation and development of cold chain logistics in Jiangxi Province. According to the development reality of agricultural and livestock industry in Jiangxi Province, based on cloud technology innovation, business system and technical system are constructed to form a new cold-chain logistics system of agricultural and livestock products in Jiangxi Province in this research. Further put forward to build suitable cloud technology embedded in the soft environment, cultivate "Yunwu" two-way high-quality talents, strengthen the construction of cloud platform database, improve the cold chain logistics policy support, in order to promote the ecological, modern and sustainable development of cold chain logistics of agricultural and livestock products in Jiangxi Province.
