多浪羊脂尾性状特征及其与体重、体尺的相关性分析

Fat-tail characteristics of Duolang sheep and its correlation analysis with body weight and body size

  • 摘要: 为了研究多浪羊脂尾性状特征及其与体重、体尺指标的相关性,试验随机选取3岁体重相近、健康的成年多浪羊312只(母羊244只、公羊68只)测定其体重(y)、尾长(x1)、尾宽(x2)、尾高(x3)、体高(x5)、体长(x6)、胸围(x7)、胸深(x8)、胸宽(x9)、管围(x10)和十字部高(x11),计算尾体积(x4),分析公母羊的尾体积差异,根据尾体积进行尾型分型,并将体重与尾脂性状和体尺指标进行相关性分析,构建体重的最优回归方程。结果表明:多浪羊公羊尾体积显著大于母羊(P<0.05),且公母羊尾型均可以分为小尾型、中尾型、大尾型;公母羊的尾长、尾宽、尾高、尾体积、体高、体长、胸围、胸深、胸宽均与体重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);构建的公母羊体重最优回归方程分别为y=1.313x7+0.001x4-0.209x2-58.347,y=0.789x7+0.737x1-0.083x2+0.270x8-35.748。说明多浪羊尾部性状与体重密切相关,揭示尾部性状对产肉性能具有一定影响,在多浪羊的生产性能测定和品种选育中应重点关注性别差异和尾部性状。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the fat-tail characteristics of Duolang sheep and its correlation with body weight and body size of Duolang sheep, 312 healthy and 3-year-old adult Duolang sheep(244 female sheep and 68 male sheep) with similar body weight were randomly selected to measure their body weight(y), tail length(x1), tail width(x2), tail height(x3), body height(x5), body length(x6), chest circumference(x7), chest depth(x8), chest width(x9), circumference of cannon bone(x10)and height at hip cross(x11),and tail volume(x4)was calculated. The tail volume difference between male and female sheep was analyzed, and the tail type of male and female sheep was analyzed according to the tail volume. The correlation between tail traits, body weight and body size was analyzed, and the optimal regression equation of body weight were constructed. The results showed that the tail volume of male Duolang sheep was higher than that of female sheep(P<0.05).According to the tail volume, male and female sheep could be divided into small tail type, middle tail type and big tail type. The tail length, tail width, tail height, tail volume, body height, body length, chest circumference, chest depth, chest width of male and female sheep were significantly positive correlated with body weight(P<0.01). The optimal regression equation of body weight constructed as follows: y(male)=1.313x7+0.001x4-0.209x2-58.347, and y(female)=0.789x7+0.737x1-0.083x2+0.270x8-35.748. The above results indicated that tail traits of Duolang sheep were closely related to body weight, which revealed that tail characteristics had certain influence on meat production performance. In the production performance measurement and breed selection of Duolang sheep, attention should be paid to gender differences and tail characteristics.
