Abstract: In order to study the application effect of TNT scent imprint aid in the early training of bomb-sniffing dogs, in the experiment, 60 Malinois puppies were randomly divided into group A（TNT scent imprint aid） and group B（TNT）;pre-scent connection training was carried out respectively, and the test period was 90 days. The effect of searching for TNT physical in different scene modes, different interference odors and different relative humidity conditions in the groups A and B of test dogs that used TNT scent imprint aid and TNT training respectively, was analyzed and compared. The results showed that there was no significant difference（P＞0.05） in the correct response rates and decisive response rates between group A dogs and group B dogs in different scene modes, different interference odors and different relative humidity conditions. The results suggested that training with this TNT scent imprint aid could achieve the same effect as using TNT physical training; TNT scent imprint aid had the ability to replace target odor sources in the scent connection training phase of bomb-sniffing dogs.
