Abstract:
In order to explore the mechanism of modified Fuzilizhong decoction in the treatment of bovine diarrhea, in the experiment, the active substances and corresponding targets of each Chinese medicine in modified Fuzilizhong decoction were searched through the Analysis Database of Traditional Chinese Medicine System Pharmacology(TCMSP); "cattle" and "diarrhea" were used as keywords to search for genes related to bovine diarrhea by the Gene search function in NCBI;then the active substances, corresponding targets and the genes related to bovine diarrhea were imported into Cytoscape 3.7.2 software to draw the "active substance-drug target" network diagram and the "drug target-disease target" protein-protein interaction network diagram(PPI);the GO function enrichment analysis and KEGG signal pathway analysis were carried out through the DAVID database. The results showed that modified Fuzilizhong decoction contained 52 active substances;the "active substance-drug target" network contained 154 nodes and 849 correspondences, and according to the number of connected genes in the PPI network, key genes such as AKT1,MAPK3,CXCL8,and TLR4 were screened out; GO functional enrichment analysis involved 47 related items, including eight molecular function items, six cell component items, and 33 biological process items; KEGG signaling pathway analysis involved 83 related pathways, mainly including cancer pathway, influenza A,phthisis, hepatitis B,leishmaniasis, etc. The results suggested that modified Fuzilizhong decoction acted on a variety of targets through a variety of active substances, and regulated cattle diarrhea by regulating inflammation, redox reaction, RNA polymerase Ⅱ promoter transcription process, transcription DNA template, cholesterol metabolism process and so on.
