基于计算机视觉技术的牲畜行为识别研究进展

Research progress of animal behavior recognition based on computer vision technology

  • 摘要: 养殖业正朝着大规模、集约化方向发展。智能识别牲畜行为可以为牲畜的疾病预防、合理喂养和育种等提供重要数据,提高牲畜的养殖管理效率。计算机视觉技术作为一种高效的图像信息处理技术,可以提供一种无接触且自动高效的牲畜行为监控方式。文章从牲畜行为识别视觉系统、牲畜目标提取和个体识别、牲畜日常和异常行为识别三个方面综述了计算机视觉技术在牲畜行为识别中的研究进展,最后总结了计算机视觉技术在牲畜行为识别中面临的挑战和未来发展趋势,以期促进牲畜养殖的智能化发展。

     

    Abstract: The livestock breeding industry is developing towards large-scale and intensive development pattern. The intelligent recognition of livestock behavior can provide important data for livestock disease prevention, rational feeding and breeding, etc., and improve the efficiency of livestock breeding management. As an efficient image information processing technology, computer vision technology can provide a non-contact and automatic way of monitoring livestock behaviors. This article reviewed the research progress of computer vision technology in animal behavior recognition from three aspects: livestock behavior recognition visual system, livestock target extraction and individual recognition, and introduction of livestock daily and abnormal behavior. Finally, the challenges and future development trends of computer vision technology in livestock behavior recognition were summarized, in order to promote the intelligent development of livestock breeding.
