Abstract:
Three cases of dogs(Chihuahua, Bichon, Border Collie) had foreign bodies in the digestive tract, and were diagnosed with general clinical diagnosis combined with direct digital radiography(DR) system, and were treated according to the diagnosis results. The results showed that the three cases were all foreign bodies in the digestive tract(esophagus, small intestine, stomach), and the foreign bodies were taken out by the interventional endoscope, which were duck necks, valve cores and iron nails, anti-inflammatory treatment was given to prevent secondary infection, and the prognosis was good after seven days. The results suggested that DR examination was suitable for diagnosing foreign bodies in the digestive tract, and the removal of foreign bodies in the digestive tract through interventional endoscopes was also the method with a lower risk, less damage to the body, and the shorter time-consuming method.
