甜菜碱的生物学功能及在肉牛生产中的应用研究

Study on biological function of betaine and its application in beef cattle production

摘要: 甜菜碱是一种高活性甲基供体,可以促进蛋白质合成,改善胴体品质,在脂肪与氨基酸代谢中起着重要的营养调控作用。因此,甜菜碱在肉牛生产中作为一种新型饲料添加剂正在被开发利用。文章对甜菜碱的理化性质、生理功能及其在肉牛生产中的应用进行了综述,以期为开展甜菜碱在肉牛育肥中作用的研究提供参考。

Abstract: Betaine is a highly active methyl donor that promotes protein synthesis, improves carcass quality, and plays an important role in regulating fat and amino acid metabolism. Therefore, as a new type of feed additives, betaine is being developed and utilized in beef cattle production. In this paper, the physical and chemical properties, physiological functions of betaine and its application in beef cattle production were reviewed in order to provide reference for the research on the role of betaine in beef cattle fattening.
