基于WebGIS的动物虫媒传播疾病监测管理系统设计与实现

Design and implementation of monitoring and management system for animal insect-borne diseases based on WebGIS

  • 摘要: 为了构建以网络地理信息系统(WebGIS)技术为基础的动物虫媒传播疾病监测管理系统,实现对动物虫媒传播疾病的可视化展示、空间分析及应急管理,早期发现、早期控制动物虫媒传播疾病,本研究通过对全国1∶400万电子矢量地图进行地理编辑,建立空间数据库;通过空间聚集性方法对疾病空间流行特点进行分析;利用WebGIS技术与ArcGIS Sever二次开发软件,设计建立了基于WebGIS的动物虫媒传播疾病监测管理系统。该系统能够为相关疾病的防治提供有效帮助,为我国动物疫病预警体系的建设提供新的思路与方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to build a monitoring and management system for animal insect-borne diseases based on web geographic information system(WebGIS), and to realize the visualization display, spatial analysis and emergency management of animal insect-borne diseases, and its early detection and control, this study established a spatial database by geo-editing the national 1∶4 million electronic vector map; the spatial epidemic characteristics of diseases were analyzed by spatial aggregation method. Using WebGIS and ArcGIS Sever for secondary software development, a WebGIS-based monitoring and management system for animal insect-borne diseases was designed and established. The system could effectively help the prevention and control of related diseases, and provide new ideas and methods for the construction of animal disease early warning system in China.
