Abstract:
In recent years, avian influenza has been a hot topic in the field of veterinary medicine. In this study, the academic journal database of CNKI was used as the data source and CiteSpace 5.7.R3 software was used as the analysis tool to analyze the publications(annual number of articles published, citation frequency of literatures, published journals, published authors and published institutions) and hotspet trends of avian influenza research in China from 2011 to 2020. The results showed that from 2011 to 2020, the annual number of articles published on avian influenza research in China was more than 100. In 2013, the number of articles published peaked at 259. After 2013,the annual number of published articles decreased year by year. The citation frequency of the top 10 cited highly references ranged from 50 to 151 times, and most of them were published in 2013. The most published journal was Chinese poultry, whose number of articles published was 132.Chen Hualan, Deng Guohua and Xie Zhixun were the authors with the larger number of publications. The cooperation among institutions was frequent, and Harbin Veterinary Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences was the institution with the largest number of publications. The research focuses on epidemiological investigation, surveillance, genome sequence analysis and genetic evolution analysis of H7 N9 subtype avian influenza virus. At present, the research hotspot is mainly on human infection of H7 N9 avian influenza, live poultry market environment monitoring, and genetic evolution of avian influenza virus. It indicated that H7 N9 subtype Avian influenza virus will still be the focus of research in the future.
