Abstract:
In order to conduct an in-depth analysis of the domestic competitiveness of the mutton sheep industry in Hebei Province, established an index system based on diamond model was established, and relevant data of the mutton sheep industry in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) from 2010 to 2019 in China was selected. The domestic competitiveness and influencing factors of Hebei mutton sheep industry were evaluated and analyzed by principal component analysis from four aspects: production factors, demanding factors, related industries and supporting industries, industrial strategic structure and competitors. The results showed that in terms of production factors, the competitiveness of mutton sheep industry in Hebei ranked 8 th. Among the 8 indexes of production factors, the most influential factors include the number of vocational middle school graduates and ordinary high school graduates, and the sown area of green fodder. In terms of demanding factors, the competitiveness of mutton sheep industry in Hebei Province ranked 17 th, which was in the middle and lower reaches. Among the four indexes of demand factors, the most influential factors include the per capita disposable income and per capita GDP of urban residents. In terms of related and support industries, the competitiveness of the mutton sheep industry in Hebei Province ranked 4 th, with absolute advantages. Among the five indicators of related and support industries, the most influential factors include sheep output and total grain output. In terms of industrial strategic structure and competitors, Hebei Province ranked 6 th. Among the four indexes of industrial strategic structure and competitors, the most influential factors include the number of pigs and pork output. The score of F

The overall main influencing factors include the gross output value of agriculture and animal husbandry, highway mileage, water supply pipeline length at the end of the year, general public budget expenditure, per capita GDP, mutton output and green fodder sown area, among which the indicators of production factors occupy the majority. Therefore, the following countermeasures and suggestions were put forward: attach importance to strengthening the strength of advanced factors of production; release consumption potential and pay attention to brand building; ensure feed supply and improve forage quality; promote standardized breeding and improve the level of industrialization.
