番鸭胫围双向选择效果初步研究

Preliminary study on the bidirectional selection effect of tibia circumference in Muscovy ducks

  • 摘要: 为了探讨番鸭胫围对腿病发生的影响,试验以温氏白羽番鸭N101品系公鸭为研究对象,通过统计N101品系第6世代公鸭腿病发生情况和体重变化研究公鸭腿病发病增长率与体重增长速度的关系;测定N101品系第10世代家系鸭群存栏个体30周龄时的胫围,组建大、小胫围家系及普通家系,分别统计各家系后代公鸭在第10周龄时的腿病发生情况及大、小胫围家系后代公鸭在第10周龄时的胫围。结果表明:N101品系第6世代家系公鸭腿病发生率和体重均随着周龄增加而提高,且发病增长率与体重增长速度的趋势相似。大胫围家系亲本公鸭胫围极显著高于普通家系和小胫围家系公鸭(P<0.01);普通家系亲本公鸭胫围极显著高于小径围家系公鸭(P<0.01);大胫围家系亲本母鸭胫围显著高于普通家系母鸭(P<0.05),极显著高于小径围家系母鸭(P<0.01);普通家系亲本母鸭显著高于小径围家系母鸭(P<0.05)。大胫围家系后代公鸭的腿病发生率较低,两批次分别为0.7%和0.8%;小胫围家系后代公鸭腿病发生率较高,两批次分别为3.6%和4.5%;普通家系后代公鸭腿病发生率分别为1.3%和0.9%,介于小胫围家系和大胫围家系之间。大胫围家系后代公鸭的胫围极显著高于小胫围公鸭(P<0.01)。说明番鸭胫围具有较强的遗传特性,番鸭公鸭腿病的发生与体重增长速度和胫围均有一定的关系。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the effect of tibia circumference on the occurrence of leg disease in Muscovy ducks, Wen’s white feather Muscovy ducks N101 was the research object in the experiment, and the incidence rate of leg disease and weight gain rate of male ducks were investigated through counting the incidence of leg disease and body weight change of the 6 th generation of Muscovy ducks.Tibia circumference at 30 weeks of age was measured in the 10 th generation ducks of N101 strain, large tibia circumference, small tibia circumference and common tibia circumference families were established, and the occurrence of leg disease at the age of 10 weeks of ducklings and large and small tibia circumference of ducklings were calculated.The results showed that the incidence of leg disease and body weight of male ducks in the 6 th generation of N101 strain increased with the increase of week age, and the incidence rate was similar to the increase rate of body weight.The tibia circumference of parent male ducks in the large tibia circumference family was extremely significantly higher than that in the common family and the small tibia circumference family(P<0.01);the tibia circumference of parent male ducks in common family were extremely significantly higher than those in small tibia circumference family(P<0.01);the tibia circumference of parent female ducks in large tibia circumference was significantly higher than in the common family(P<0.05), and was extremely significantly higher than those of small tibia circumference family(P<0.01);the tibia circumference of parent female ducks in common family were significantly higher than those in small tibia circumference family(P<0.05).The incidence of leg disease was lower in the offspring of large tibia circumference family(0.7% and 0.8%, respectively).The incidence of leg disease was higer in the offspring of small tibia circumference family( 3.6% and 4.5%,respectively).The incidence of leg disease was 1.3% and 0.9% in the offspring in the common family, which was between small tibial circumference and large tibial circumference.The tibia circumference of the offspring male ducks of large tibia circumference family was extremely significantly higher than that of the male ducks with small tibia circumference(P<0.01).These results indicate that the shank circumference of Muscovy ducks has a strong genetic character, and the occurrence of leg disease of male ducks is related to body weight growth rate and tibia circumference.
