Abstract:
The quality safety of dairy products is the key factor for enterprises to expand the market and cultivate competitive advantages. It is also a hot issue that the government and consumers pay attention to for a long time. In order to further understand the importance of supply link and supervision link to the quality of dairy products and promote the sustainable and healthy development of China’s dairy industry, based on the development status of the dairy supply chain and supervision chain as well as the status of quality and safety control in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the author found that the linkage between the dairy supply chain and supervision chain in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region still needed to be improved, the synergy effect was not obvious, and the lack of information and technology sharing. In view of these problems, the following countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, such as improving the linkage level of the double chain of supply and supervision, establishing an efficient and orderly information system and third-party testing institutions, establishing the supply chain and supervision chain science and innovation interactive platform.
