噬菌体介导基因转移的研究进展

Research progress of phage-mediated gene transfer

  • 摘要: 噬菌体是一种侵染细菌的病毒,可特异性裂解细菌。噬菌体可存在于人类和动物肠道内,通过机体排泄而释放至外环境并稳定存在,在细菌之间的基因转移中发挥重要作用。噬菌体介导的基因转移可分为普遍性转导与局限性转导两种方式。噬菌体介导的细菌基因转移需要满足以下3个条件,即噬菌体和细菌的浓度超过一定阈值,细菌生理状态适合噬菌体感染,pH值、温度等环境因素适合噬菌体感染。噬菌体介导的基因转移给公共卫生及畜牧养殖带来很多的问题,因此笔者对噬菌体介导基因转移的转导方式进行了综述,分析了影响噬菌体基因转移的因素,并介绍了噬菌体介导基因转移的应用,提出了噬菌体介导基因转移过程中亟待解决的问题,以期为研究环境中的基因转移现象提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Phage is a virus that infects bacteria and cleave bacteria specifically. Phage can exist in intestinal tract of human and animal, and is released to the external environment through body excretion and exist stably. It plays an important role in gene transfer between bacteria. Phage mediated gene transfer can be divided into generalized transduction and localized transduction. Phage mediated bacterial gene transfer needs to meet the following three conditions: the concentration of phage and bacteria exceeds a certain threshold; the physiological state of bacteria is suitable for phage infection, and environmental factors such as pH value and temperature are suitable for phage infection. Phage mediated gene transfer brings many problems to public health and animal husbandry. Therefore, the anthor reviewed the transduction methods of phage mediated gene transfer, analyzed the factors affecting gene transfer, introduced the application of phage mediated gene transfer, and put forward the problems to be solved in the process of phage mediated gene transfer, in order to provide reference for the study of gene transfer in the environment.
