DCAF7基因的结构及其对生长发育影响的研究进展

Research progress on the structure of DCAF7 gene and its effect on growth and development

  • 摘要: DNA损伤结合蛋白1和CUL4相关因子7(DDB1 and CUL4 associated factor 7,DCAF7)又名WDR68,具有调控生物体生长发育等一系列生物学活动的功能。笔者运用生物信息学在线程序分析了其核苷酸序列及编码蛋白的二级结构、三级结构等,并对该基因的生物学功能、缺失影响及在不同组织中的表达水平等进行了综述,以期为将该基因作为影响家畜生产性能遗传标记的研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: DNA damage binding protein 1 and CUL4 associated factor 7(DDB1 and DCAF7), also known as WDR68, regulate a series of biological activities such as growth and development of the organism. In this paper, the nucleotide sequence and the secondary and tertiary structures of the encoded protein were analyzed by an online bioinformatics program, and the biological functions, deletion effects and expression levels of the gene in tissues were reviewed, in order to provide reference for the study of gene as genetic marker affecting livestock performance.
