Abstract:
Intestinal health is an important factor affecting economic benefits in poultry breeding, and it is also a hot issue which has been paid attention to by researchers at home and abroad. Therefore, improving intestinal health of poultry is of great research value. As active microorganisms, probiotics can regulate intestinal balance and are widely used in the health regulation of human and animals. They can improve gastrointestinal health and enhance immune function by increasing the content of immunoglobulin in blood and improving mucosal structure. This paper mainly summarized the types and functions of probiotics commonly used in poultry production; the effects of probiotics on intestinal microorganisms, intestinal immune function, intestinal morphological structure and enteritis, as well as the effects of different application modes of probiotics on poultry intestinal health, and looked forward to its development prospect, in order to provide theory for probiotic application in poultry production reference.
