PGC-1α与骨骼肌能量代谢和肌纤维类型转化关系的研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between PGC-1α and skeletal muscle energy metabolism and muscle fiber type transformation

  • 摘要: 过氧化物酶体增殖激活受体γ辅助激活因子α(peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma coactivator-α,PGC-1α)是一种转录辅助激活因子,参与诱导线粒体增殖、适应性产热、脂肪酸氧化、糖异生和葡萄糖的吸收利用等多种能量代谢过程,以及肌纤维类型转化、心脏发育等生理活动,还与糖尿病、肥胖、心肌病和神经变形等疾病密切相关。笔者就PGC-1α与骨骼肌能量代谢和肌纤维类型转化关系的研究进展进行综述,以期为调控骨骼能量代谢和肌纤维类型转化提供新的思考方向。

     

    Abstract: Peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma coactivator-α(PGC-1α) is a transcriptional coactivator, which can induce mitochondrial proliferation, adapt to thermogenesis, fatty acid oxidation, gluconeogenesis, and glucose absorption and utilization and other energy metabolism processes, and participate in the transformation of muscle fiber types, heart development and other physiological activities. It is also closely related to diabetes, obesity, cardiomyopathy, and nerve deformation. The author reviewed the progress of research on the relationship between PGC-1α and skeletal muscle energy metabolism and muscle fiber type conversion, in order to provide a new thinking direction for the regulation of bone energy metabolism and muscle fiber type transformation.
