Abstract:
Brain glioma often occurs in canines and has space occupying effect. It often causes vomiting, epilepsy, dizziness and other symptoms in the affected dogs, which seriously affects the life quality of the dogs and even threatens the lives of the affected dogs. At present, the effect of surgery and chemical drugs in the treatment of canine glioma is not ideal, and there are few studies on canine glioma in China, which leads to the slow development of its clinical diagnosis and treatment. The epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical symptoms, histopathological changes, diagnosis and treatment of canine glioma were reviewed in this article, in order to provide theoretical reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of canine glioma and the development of related therapeutic drugs.
