细胞自噬及其在动物繁殖领域的研究进展

  • 摘要: 细胞自噬是真核生物为保护机体免受外界环境刺激以降解自身亚细胞器及受损蛋白质为机体供能的过程,在精子生成、生殖激素(例如睾酮、孕酮等)合成、卵泡发育等方面起重要调控作用,受国内外研究者的关注。目前,研究人员利用形态学染色、分子标记等方法研究细胞自噬。文章对细胞自噬的发展、检测方法、作用及在动物繁殖领域的研究进展进行综述,旨在为深入研究动物繁殖领域中细胞自噬的调控机制提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Autophagy is a process in which eukaryotes degrade their subcellular organelles and damaged proteins to provide energy for the organism and avoid external environmental stimuli. It plays an important regulatory role in spermatogenesis, hormone synthesis(such as testosterone and progesterone), follicle development and so on. Autophagy has been the focus of by domestic and international researchers. At present, researchers use morphological staining, molecular markers and other methods to study autophagy. This article reviewed the development, detection methods, functions and research progress of autophagy in the field of animal reproduction, aiming to provide references for further research on the regulation mechanism of autophagy in the field of animal reproduction.
