Wnt信号转导途径在干细胞中的研究进展

Research progress of Wnt signaling transduction pathway in stem cells

  • 摘要: 干细胞作为再生的种子细胞涉及再生医学的几乎所有领域。近年来,随着干细胞与再生医学的不断发展,干细胞技术也被应用到如异种器官移植、组织再生、细胞重编程等诸多领域。干细胞增殖分化的调控机制类似于普通体细胞,可以通过细胞周期调控蛋白和细胞生长因子调节干细胞的生长周期。这些信号的选择性抑制或活化将加深研究人员对干细胞增殖、分化调控机制的认识。文章主要综述了Wnt信号转导途径在干细胞中的研究进展,以期为进行干细胞发育、分化和增殖调控等研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Stem cells, as the seed cells of regeneration, are involved in almost all fields of regenerative medicine. In recent years, with the continuous development of stem cells and regenerative medicine, stem cell technology has been applied in many areas such as xenotransplantation, tissue regeneration, and cell reprogramming. The regulatory mechanisms of stem cell proliferation and differentiation are similar to those of somatic cells and can be regulated through cell cycle control proteins and cell growth factors to modulate the growth cycle of stem cells. Selective inhibition or activation of these signals will enhance the research on the regulation of stem cell proliferation and differentiation. This article reviewed the progress of Wnt signal transduction pathway in stem cells, in order to provide reference for stem cell development, differentiation and proliferation regulation.
