组学技术及组学联合分析在家鸡中的应用现状

Application of omics technology and combined analysis of omics in domestic chickens

  • 摘要: 家鸡是重要的经济动物,为人们提供肉、蛋等农副产品。借助组学技术对家鸡生长发育、肉蛋品质改良、疾病发生等方面进行研究具有重要意义,文章概述了常见组学技术分析原理、多组学联合分析的方法和优势,综述了多组学联合分析在家鸡生产生长发育、肉蛋品质、疾病及应激反应等领域的研究进展,并总结了组学联合分析面临的挑战,以期为家鸡生产过程中品种选育、肉蛋品品质改良、疾病发生机制研究和治疗等提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Domestic chickens are important economic animals, providing people with meat, eggs and other agricultural and sideline products. It is of great significance to study the growth and development of domestic chickens, the improvement of meat and egg quality and the occurrance of diseases with the help of omics technology. In this paper, the principles of common omics analysis techniques, the methods and advantages of multi-omics combined analysis were summarized, and the research progress of multi-omics combined analysis in domestic chicken production, growth and development, meat and egg quality, disease and stress response was reviewed, in order to provide reference for breed selection, meat and egg quality improvement, disease mechanism and treatment in domestic chicken production process.
