Abstract
A 3-year-old male dog was brought to the animal hospital for treatment with a purple-red plaque on the lips with bleeding. The preliminary diagnosis was made by medical history investigation, clinical examination, blood routine, blood biochemical indicators and pathological examination, and based on the preliminary diagnosis the treatment was carried out. Results showed that the plaques on the lips were hemangioma, and the upper hard palate mass was hyperplasia of granulation tissue accompanied by oral mucosal bleeding and ulcers. The sick dog was treated with medication, and the hemangioma of the lips and the hyperplasia of the upper hard palate were surgically removed. The dog recovered well after the operation, and there was no recurrence in the return visit one month later.
