Construction and practice of multi-dimensional adaptive house model for dairy supply chain information sharing

  • Although the dairy supply chain attaches more and more importance to information sharing, in the actual information sharing, it fails to adjust and optimize its strategy according to the change of external environment, which results in that information sharing fails to give full play to its effective use. Based on this, in order to improve the performance of dairy supply chain information sharing, from all the nodes of the supply chain information sharing expectations, on the basis of the theory of quality function deployment, this study regarded "supply-production", "production-sales" and "sales-consumption" as three scenarios, and constructed dairy products from the adaptation of "information sharing scene-information sharing expectation-information sharing context". The multi-dimensional adaptive house model of supply chain information sharing was applied to a dairy supply chain. The results showed that the existing dairy supply chain information sharing adaptation degree was low, and two methods should be adopted to enhance the configuration of key scenarios in different scenarios and to fully integrate various situations into the scenarios, so as to promote the sustainable development of the dairy supply chain.
