Influencing factors of adipose tissue inflammation on animal health

  • Adipose tissue inflammation is caused by excessive deposition of fat or hypertrophy of adipose cells. It is manifested as fat metabolism disorder and chronic adipose tissue inflammation, which can reduce animal performance. When chronic adipose tissue inflammation occurs in the animal body, a large number of macrophages and mirnas are produced, and various inflammatory factors(TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6) will be released, which will have adverse effects on the liver, muscle, and other organs or tissues, increase the burden on the body, cause various diseases, and cause unnecessary economic losses. This paper reviewed adipose tissue inflammation and its development process, and discussed the correlation between adipose tissue inflammation and animal fat metabolism, and discussed the adverse effects of adipose tissue inflammation on animal organs, in order to provide a new theoretical reference for animal health and welfare.
