区块链技术在智能电网稳定控制系统中的应用

Application of blockchain technology in smart grid stability control system

  • 摘要: 针对当前稳控系统控制模式存在工作效率低、过程难追溯、在线监管及数据更新难等问题,将区块链技术内嵌在稳控系统控制框架中.利用区块链技术优势,将稳控系统控制过程各阶段涉及的数据信息进行区块化封装及分布式控制,使得关键数据信息实现可追溯、不可篡改,进而可对全生命周期进行控制.构建了基于区块链的稳控系统管理运行、控制应用架构,给出了区块数据结构,采用了股份授权证明共识(DPOS)机制.针对目前正在进行的某稳控系统控制项目,开发了基于区块链的稳控系统管理应用平台.结果表明,在稳控系统运维管理阶段,策略文件和定值文件实现了上链存证和一致性检验等实时监管,进一步提高了稳控系统控制的智能化和自动化水平.

     

    Abstract: To solve the problems of low efficiency and difficulties of tracing process, online supervising and data updating in the current control mode of stability control system, the blockchain technology was embedded in the control framework of stability control system. Taking the advantage of blockchain technology, the data information involved in each stage of the control process of stability control system was packaged and distributed, so that the key data information could be traced and not be tampered to control the whole life cycle control process. The management and operation of stability control system and the control application architecture were constructed based on blockchain. The block data structure was given, and the delegated proof of stake(DPOS) was adopted. Based on the control project practice of a stability control system in progress, the application platform of stability control system management was developed based on blockchain. The results show that in the operation and maintenance management stage, the policy file and setting value file can realize the real-time supervision of online storage and consistency inspection, and the level of intelligence and automation of stability control system is further improved.
