Abstract:
Taking the history of ground settlement in Haimen District, Nantong City as the research background, the influence of ground load and groundwater seepage field on soil deformation was investigated by Biot consolidation theory. The on-site monitoring method was used to monitor the groundwater level, high-rise building load and ground settlement in Haimen District, and the effects of the high-rise building load, groundwater extraction and the coupling effect of the two factors on the soil deformation were analyzed. The three-dimensional flow-solid full coupling model of groundwater seepage, building load and soil deformation was established by computer, and the simulation of ground settlement under the action of different factors was conducted. The simulation results show that the ground settlement caused by groundwater mining has the greatest impact on the main mining layer, and the settlement caused by building load has greater impact on the soil near the surface. The coupling effect of groundwater mining and building load causes soil deformation, and the effect of building load is dominant near to the building concentration area on the ground, while the effect of groundwater mining is dominant in the further away area.
