Abstract: The aim of this study was to understand the species and phylogenetic analysis of pathogenic fungi of rice blast in Hainan. Morphological and molecular methods were used to identify pathogenic fungi, and the phylogenetic analysis of different strains. We obtained 10 rice blast strains from different areas. Meanwhile, Phylogenetic analysis of 10 rice blast strains and other strains of similar genera and species was published in NCBI database.Results showed that, the genetic distance was relatively close to 10 rice blast strains with other rice blast strains from different areas, and on the same branch. The genetic distance was far away between the 10 rice blast strains and other different genus, species strains, on the different branches. The results of the study could be used for the basic research of rice blast, disease control, and disease resistance breeding.
