Abstract: This paper systematically analyzed the relationship between diabetes and insulin, as well as the relationship between insulin and blood glucose, and clarified the formation mechanism of diabetes. The clinical diagnostic criteria of diabetes in the United States, China and WHO were introduced, in order to provide the public with in-depth understanding of diabetes, and help the global community to effectively control and prevent diabetes.
